Our mission is to make second-hand shopping a seamless and reliable experience. Understanding the unique nature of pre-owned purchases, we’ve established a return and refund policy that respects the interests of both buyers and sellers.

Open Box Delivery:

• At Use & Share, we offer an open box delivery option, allowing you to inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. This ensures that the item matches your expectations and the description provided by the seller.

Return Policy:

• Should you decide to return an item after accepting delivery, please note that such returns will be chargeable. We encourage buyers to thoroughly inspect their purchases upon delivery to make informed decisions.
• Returns must be requested within 12 hours after delivery if you choose to proceed after inspecting your item.

Eligible Returns:

• Items are only eligible for a return if they significantly differ from the description provided by the seller or are found to be in a substantially different condition than stated.

Return Charges:

• Due to the nature of second-hand items, return requests will incur a return fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling. The exact fee will depend on the item’s size, weight, and return distance.

Refunds (if applicable):

• Upon receiving the returned item and confirming the discrepancy or issue, we will process your refund. Please note that the return charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-eligible Items for Return:

• Items sold in ‘as-is’ condition.
• Items damaged after delivery due to buyer handling.
• Items with missing parts or alterations not disclosed during the return request.
